Delivery

• All products will be delivered within 24 hours except during certain public holidays.
• The delivery team will call you on the provided number before delivery. So, please be available.
• We deliver products in three time slots. You can select the delivery time slot as per your convenience while placing your order. a) Morning shift (9AM – 12 PM) b) Afternoon shift (12 PM – 3 PM) c) Evening shift (4PM – 7 PM)
• Minimum order value to make a purchase is Rs 300/- only. Kindly order the vegetables and fruits to deliver in trichy and surrounding 15kms ,because we are currently available only in trichy and surrounding 15kms.
• No delivery charges on orders above Rs 1000 or above.
• A delivery charge of Rs 50 will be levied on orders below Rs 999 .
• If the products get wrongly delivered or get damaged during delivery, they will be replaced within 24 hours.

Cancellations & Returns

• Any damaged or wrongly delivered item will be replaced within 24 hours free of cost.
• All items can be cancelled without any charges before 9 PM everyday.
• Non-perishable items ( items other than fruits & vegetables) can be cancelled before the order is out for delivery without any charge.
• Unopened, unused non-perishable items ( items other than fruits & vegetables) can be returned in their original packaging within 48 hours of receipt. Delivery charges, if any will not be returned.

• LocalFresh’s customer support team is available between 9 AM to 6 PM IST everyday through email and phone.
• If the phone lines get busy and we miss your call, we make sure to call you back as soon as we get time.
